RNA Folding Puzzle
Energy landscapes and computational strategies for RNA 3D structure prediction.
RNA Folding Puzzle
RNA molecules can adopt complex three-dimensional folds from sequence, and even small motifs may explore multiple competing conformations. The lab investigates computational approaches for predicting RNA 3D structures using molecular mechanics, energy landscapes, dimers, tetraloops, and experimentally informed modeling.
This section can later expand with project-specific figures, software notes, and recent publications connected to RNA tetraloops and structure prediction.
